Refund Policy

The Waiting Game is a digital book, delivered instantly as a PDF file. Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do things simply.

You have 30 days.

If the book is not what you needed, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to return anything and you do not need to explain why.

How to request a refund.

Email alomgirahamed5903@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or your order number. We will process the refund within 3 business days. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

If your file did not arrive.

Please check your spam folder first, as the delivery email sometimes lands there. If it is not there, email us and we will send the file to you directly. This is not a refund situation, it is a delivery problem and we will fix it.
